They come in as we head to bed, working through the night. As the pastry team works, the bakers finish their shift, leaving the shelves filled with freshly baked bread.

Meanwhile, the Front of House team prepares the shop for the day ahead, while the baristas dial in the coffee.

Before long, the first familiar faces, our regulars, begin to arrive, and the shop comes to life with conversation, the aroma of fresh coffee, and the warmth of the morning.
